A message to the Planning Council
Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication to people living with HIV in the Denver area.
Let's acknowledge some of the people that make the Planning Council a key component of the Ryan White Part A planning process.
Thank you.
Words cannot fully express what it means to have the support of such an amazing group of people. Your expertise and willingness to speak up during robust conversations are incredibly valuable.
Thank you to our amazing council leadership. The success of the work done in committees relies on its chairs.
And while we're at it... here's a special note of appreciation for our Planning Council Officers:
Thank you, Paige, Brandon, and Deja, for stepping up. Your commitment to leadership and advocacy has made a remarkable impact on our community. It takes courage to step forward, speak up, and take action. You are not just co-chairs; you are a driving force that brings together the mandated responsibilities of the council, the ideas, and the hearts of a group of people that care deeply about making a difference.
As leaders, you embody the principle that true change begins with action. You have shown what it means to lead with purpose and passion. You remind us all that one person’s decision to step up can have a ripple effect, creating positive change that extends far beyond the immediate community.
“Leadership is not about being in charge. It's about taking care of those in your charge.”— Simon Sinek
This same sentiment applies to all Planning Council members: Your actions reflect this wisdom, as you consistently put the needs of others first, creating a space where growth, support, and innovation can thrive. Your dedication to the council is truly inspiring and it’s an honor to work alongside such remarkable individuals.
