Care Continuum for the Denver TGA
Having historical context simular to he continuums presented by FastTrack Cities, or as far back as it has been collected.
Please provide a Care Continuum for the Denver TGA. It would be helpful if the care continuum could focus by race and gender. It would be super helpful if there was a care continuum for individuals that engage in Case Management services, and other service categories. (OAH, Mental Health/Substance Misuse, etc)

Food bank
Would additional funding allow food banks to be open additional hours?
The Service Standard mentions that food banks should be open on evenings or weekends to best support all people living with HIV. I am not aware of any Part A funded food banks that are open outside of business hours.

Where the funding goes and how people living with HIV access that resource
This information may help the planning council determine if additional funding would be helpful to better support the community. Otherwise it is a bit opague to know how funding changes are helpful or not. It may also help determine if additional funding to a specific category will increase access to the resources.
It may be helpful to have a better understanding of how the category's funds are spent, and how people living with HIV can access the resource. For example, what are medical transportation funds spent on (bus tickets, Lyft, etc), and how does a person living with HIV access those funds? Does it have to go through case management or is there another option? It appears Medicaid has become more restrictive with medical transportation eligibility and this need may increase.
Another example, food bank/home delivered meals - does this support purchasing culturally relevant foods?

Housing Services Review for Part A Funding
The Planning Council has historically supported Housing Services with Part A funding. While Part A contributions do not approach the level of support provided through Part B, maintaining a Part A investment helps ensure Planning Council participation in planning discussions and oversight of the service category. The Planning Council seeks information regarding the potential impact of reducing or eliminating Part A funding, including whether Part B resources alone could adequately meet client needs, whether barriers to access would be created, and whether collaboration between Part A and Part B programs is sufficient to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Provide information on the relative contributions of Ryan White Part A and Part B funding for Housing Services, including historical funding trends and service utilization.
