Grievance data

Data regarding grievences submitted by people accessing Ryan White services
It may be helpful to have general information re: grievences submitted in the last year. This may allow the planning council to note repeated complaints or difficulties that have occured regarding accessing and receiving Ryan White funded services. This feedback may provide helpful information that could lead to adjusting funded categories and priorities.
Grievance data and trends have been provided to the PC by the recipient ever 4 months.

Case Management Continuum Data

In addition to previous data question....how has implementing the acuity tool impacted efficiency of the CM continuum?
The HIV Care Continuum data provided is helpful regarding HIV status, but can be more detailed to support PSRA decision-making.
Future data should stratify outcomes by key demographic, geographic, and socioeconomic factors, including age, sex/gender, race/ethnicity, location, income/poverty, housing, and insurance status, to better identify disparities and gaps in care. (Data should be detailed without revealing potential identification risk).

Case Management Continuum Data

We have been "evaluating' the "new" CM Contimuum for a few years now. It would be very helpful to have a deeper dive into the effectiveness of the continuum and of each category overall. Data and commentary related to this would be helpful.
As previously stated: The HIV Care Continuum data provided is helpful regarding HIV status, but can be more detailed to support PSRA decision-making.

Data Hub Update

The Data hub has been very helpful in looking at utlization data, funding and allocation history, additional funding sources supporting the categories, number of funded providers, Barriers and Challenges and the DHR commentary. All of those data points have been very helpful in guiding DHRPC discussions, especially for Resource Allocations. Please make sure the HUB is continued.
Updated service categories and PC dashboard. Dashboard should contain additional information on utilization and interactive Denver TGA Continuum graphs.

Service Utilization Data

We need to see service utlization data that can show trends for the past few years and utilization for the past fiscal year.
Utilization shows the services actually being used, not just who is eligible. That helps surface gaps and spot disparities, so priorities and allocations match actual community need, not assumptions. This information should shared with the PC throughout the year.

Resource Allocations for the Denver TGA that are pre-medicaid?

Please provide a previous allocation percentages that reflect what things looked like before Colorado became a Medicaid state.
Pre-medicaid allocations would give PC members the opportunity to see possible shifts in Priorities and Allocations. It would be great if there was some historical knowledge that justified those past decisions.
This will be helpful for future discussions.

Care Continuum for the Denver TGA

Please provide a Care Continuum for the Denver TGA. It would be helpful if the care continuum could focus by race and gender. It would be super helpful if there was a care continuum for individuals that engage in Case Management services, and other service categories. (OAH, Mental Health/Substance Misuse, etc)
Having historical context simular to he continuums presented by FastTrack Cities, or as far back that can be found.
Action Item: Detailed contiuums would be useful and a good use of an online dashboard. This can be provided at Data Explorations that are dispersced throught the year (every 4 months).
