Working closely with the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment’s HIV Resources Office, the Planning Council is a diverse group of PLHIV, community members, and service providers who come together to address the needs of PLHIV in the Denver Metro Area.

The DHRPC serves the following six counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson.

The Planning Council also advises on the Colorado HIV/AIDS Strategy (COHAS), which outlines treatment and prevention strategies for the state.
