Priority Setting and Resource Allocation Committee

Priority Setting and Resource Allocation (PSRA) Committee is responsible for setting priorities and allocating resources. Based on needs assessment, service utilization, and epidemiological data, PSRA determines what services are most needed by people living with HIV (PLWH) in the Denver metro area and decides how much funding should be used for each of the service categories. The PSRA committee presents the PSRA decisions to the Planning Council for full DHRPC approval on a biennial basis.

  • PSRA Tool Development and Review

  • Data Evaluation

  • Data Session

  • Priority Setting

  • Resource Allocation

  • Unobligated Balances (UOB) and Carryover Plan

  • Reprogramming Plan

  • Reallocation Plan
