Discusions that take place during Data Explorationns. Accessment of funding adjustments that have taken place throughout the current fiscal year. Participation Agreements All council and community members who actively attend meetings conducted by the Denver HIV Resources Planning Council (DHRPC) must review and attest to 2 essential agreements. This is done at least every year, and sometimes more frequently depending the work being done. Here is how to give your attestation. Step 1: Read each of the agreement documents. If you like you may print them or ask for copies be provided to you by Planning Council staff. These documents are always available on the DHRPC website. Service Name The first video in the member orientation for Planning Council members. An introduction to Service Categories and how they drive many functions of the council. Next, we introduce Service Standards and the important role the council has to support how People Living with HIV (PLHIV) receive care. The council journey creates opportunities for all members to learn more about the Ryan White Program and so much more. We begin with how to navigate acronyms and other abbreviated titles. Then we learn more about Ryan White and his legacy. The Hub has all sorts of information that Planning Council member use to inform key decisions. We begin with a review of service categories then take a deeper dive into how to access essential data on what services are, if they are funded or implemented in the Denver area, and how well they are being utilized. FY2026 Priority Setting and Resource Allocations (PSRA) The Planning Council is tasked with prioritizing and allocating funds to all Service Categories under the Ryan White program for Part A and the Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI). After careful deliberation, the council makes decisions on the importance and ranking of Service Categories based on available data and feedback from People Living with HIV.
